What are we about?

The XP Gathering is an amazing opportunity to meet new people, hear new ideas and simply connect with like-minded people. In seasons of loneliness or feeling exhausted there are others that help carry the load and breathe new life. I enjoy bringing another staff member. We get 1:1 time in the car once we get to debrief speakers, panel, and individual conversations. A couple of hours of time invested proves to be well worth it.
