Kevin Bugingo
Kevin grew up as a missionary kid around Africa. This experience taught him the importance of Loving God and Loving People in a compassionate way. He is married to his wife Niki of 13 years, and they have two girls Selah (12) and Mikaela (7), whom they love serving the church and traveling the world with.
Kevin’s education path led him to pursue a BS in Accounting and MBA in Finance. He has had a successful Business career of 15+ years. His notable business accomplishment is starting a consulting company serving Small- Midsize Businesses with their Accounting & Finance Management needs.
In 2013, Kevin found himself accepting a call into ministry and eventually serving full-time in the local church. He wanted to learn and understand how to best serve Senior Pastors as they lead God's church. This led him to serve for 6 Years the local church in multiple positions, such as Business Director, Youth Pastor, and eventually Executive Pastor at Relevant Church in Riverside, CA. His heart to serve the Big C Church continued as he is now leading XP Gathering, consulting with churches, and supporting churches with member engagement solutions through The Studio C.
